Mike Stone, Owner



Mike has a mission for his office; to provide a service to both buyers and sellers of businesses in an ethical, honest, and professional manner. Mike knows the importance of building solid business relationships and knows the importance of having your business sold quickly, and for the best price. Mike has become a skilled negotiator and recognized trainer of negotiation techniques and has first hand experience in the procedures of successful business transfers.

Mike received a B.S. in Accounting from WIU, and a CPA in 1983. Mike is a Financial Recasting Consultant and a Business Transfer Specialist. In addition to his analytical and deal making abilities, Mike has acquired, owned, operated and sold businesses of his own and knows the importance of having an experienced intermediary handle the sensitive nature of a business sale.

Mike and his wife Tina have been married for 19 years and have three children, Melanie, Sam and Jackson.
